Chef de Cuisine – Room Service

About the role

The Chef de Cuisine – Room Service will lead the kitchen team delivering high‑quality room‑service meals at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. Working closely with management, you will develop menus that reflect the brand identity and evolving guest preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to create and execute culinary concepts aligned with the brand.
• Lead the design and delivery of innovative, seasonally inspired room‑service menus.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow and high‑quality output.
• Maintain strict quality control, conducting regular inspections and tastings.
• Manage inventory, monitor food costs, and optimize ingredient usage to reduce waste and maximize profitability.
• Plan and develop specials and promotions in partnership with the culinary team.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
