About the role

Join Hilton’s Banquets team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi as a Chef de Partie, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare great‑tasting dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise line cooks, providing support and guidance in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, preventing cross‑contamination and ensuring all work areas meet hygiene standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality, manage proper storage, and rotate stock to uphold food safety.
• Assist with cost management by contributing to food cost control and meeting departmental financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations for guest and team wellbeing.
