Mini Bar/Refreshment Center Attendant Lead

About the role

The Mini Bar Refreshment Center Attendant Lead provides direction to a team responsible for in‑room refreshment services. This full‑time position ensures a positive guest experience through efficient inventory management, cleanliness, and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Mini Bar/Refreshment Center attendants during opening and closing shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and inventory of the refreshment center, including monitoring product expiration dates.
• Record sales using the computer system, restock bars, and prepare daily inventory carts.
• Assign guest rooms to attendants, track notes, and communicate any operational issues to management.
• Place emergency orders with suppliers and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, security, uniform, and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
• No prior supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computer systems for sales recording and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lb and navigate confined hotel spaces.
• Strong attention to detail for product availability and expiration monitoring.
