Chef de Partie – Crust Kitchen

About the role

The Crust Kitchen Chef de Partie will lead a specific section of the kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, ensuring every dish meets the brand’s high standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with senior chefs, supervise junior staff, and uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities within an assigned kitchen section.
• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety regulations, and food hygiene standards.
• Prepare dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Support the execution of menu changes and special events.
• Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and productive kitchen operation.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable role.
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen section and lead a team.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑end hospitality environment.
