Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to lead the hot kitchen at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. You will work in a dynamic, luxury hotel environment, preparing high‑quality dishes while supporting the Executive Chef in menu development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities within the assigned hot kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook dishes with precision, creativity and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all handling, preparation and storage.
• Train team members in cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in cost‑control measures and minimise food waste.
• Deliver timely and efficient service during peak periods.

Required profile

• Culinary school diploma or equivalent training.
• Previous experience in a similar hotel or restaurant kitchen role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
