Chemist – Pharmaceutical Lab

About the role

Fusion Apothecary is seeking a full‑time Chemist to join its regulated compounding laboratory in Dubai. You will work on preparing, compounding, and testing customized pharmaceutical formulations while adhering to USP 795, USP 797, USP 800 and internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compound sterile and non‑sterile dosage forms according to USP guidelines.
• Conduct analytical tests, interpret data, and document results in laboratory software.
• Support quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with FDA, UAE Ministry of Health, and USP Good Compounding Practice.
• Participate in research and development projects to optimize formulations and processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and contamination‑controlled laboratory environment.

Required profile

• Strong laboratory background with safe handling of chemicals and compounding techniques.
• Experience following standardized procedures and regulatory requirements (USP, FDA, local).
• Ability to interpret analytical data and solve technical problems.
