About the role

The Business Excellence & Engagement – Healthcare Field Role leads a regional team to manage patient access programmes across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role combines field visits to hospitals, clinics and patients with office‑based coordination and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team and oversee access programmes, liaising with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies and patients.
• Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders and ensure Axios’ scope of work is clearly understood.
• Enroll eligible patients, assess their financial eligibility and conduct home visits for classification when required.
• Prepare monthly monitoring reports and quarterly quality‑assurance reports, tracking patient files in real time.
• Maintain electronic programme files and handle administrative duties.
• Complete pharmacovigilance and product training, reporting adverse events according to client requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in nursing or the healthcare sector.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in data monitoring, management or logistics/supply‑chain coordination is an advantage.
• Demonstrated passion for philanthropy or volunteer involvement is a plus.
