About the role
Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is looking for a detail‑oriented CID Agent to manage guest registration data in line with local CID regulations. You will ensure that all guest identification information is captured accurately, reported on time, and kept confidential.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately input guest registration details into the CID system.
- Verify that all data complies with local identification laws.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk team to ensure smooth check‑in and data collection.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all guest records.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar data‑entry or compliance role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Proficiency with data‑entry software and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of local CID regulations.
