Cinema Waiter – Dubai

About the role

Join VOX Cinemas as a Waiter and deliver exceptional food and beverage service to movie‑goers in Dubai. You will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable experiences for guests while supporting a fast‑paced cinema environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus, advise on selections, and take accurate orders.
• Enter orders into the POS system and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Set, clear, and clean tables before and after service.
• Provide information on menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
• Upsell items to increase revenue.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory as needed.
• Support teammates during busy periods or special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in food & beverage or hospitality (cinema experience preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Adherence to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times.
