About the role
As a Client Advisor at Hermès in Dubai Mall, you will be the first point of contact for discerning customers, delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. You will combine product knowledge with genuine hospitality to build lasting relationships and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly, make eye contact, and acknowledge them promptly upon entry.
- Engage sincerely with customers, understand their needs, and present relevant product features and stories.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards, ensuring merchandise is correctly displayed, stocked, and protected.
- Handle administrative tasks such as exchanges, returns, and repairs according to store procedures.
- Collect and manage client information for relationship building and follow‑up on new collections.
- Contribute ideas to improve daily operations and share customer feedback with management.
Required profile
- Proven sales track record in luxury retail.
- Empathy, sincerity, and professionalism when serving customers.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, flexibility, and reactivity.
- Ability to contribute individually to store turnover.
Required skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hermès product lines and luxury goods.
- Customer relationship management basics.
