Client Manager, Middle East – Re:Link

About the role

Re:link, Linklaters' flexible lawyer platform, launched in 2019 and expanded to the Middle East in May 2025, is recruiting a Client Manager to lead its Middle East Desk and grow the business. The role is based in the Linklaters offices in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai and focuses on driving and executing sales opportunities with clients in the region, while also building a strong pool of consultants. It is an entrepreneurial, hands-on role supported by Re:link's UK teams and regional Linklaters teams.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Re:link's profile and client network in the region, and drive business development and sales opportunities, including with Linklaters partners and practice groups
• Identify, negotiate and place Re:link consultants into fixed-term and interim roles at Linklaters clients or to support regional practice groups
• Build a panel of high-quality Middle East-based Re:link consultants through proactive networking
• Manage client opportunities across their full life cycle, working with Re:link and regional Operations and Finance teams
• Cross-sell Limitless capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders
• Line manage Re:link and/or Limitless team members where allocated, and provide cover for other Re:link Desks and undertake other team projects

Required profile

• Ideally experience in a comparable role in a flexible legal resourcing or alternative legal services platform
• Strong professional network in the Middle East and relevant professional experience there
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial and client-focused, with natural rapport with people and comfort dealing with senior clients
• Structured, disciplined and able to manage competing priorities
