About the role
The Club Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will be part of a dynamic Food & Beverage team, serving guests in a high‑end lounge environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the lounge menu, including light meals, beverages, and signature drinks.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide personalized service, addressing special requests, dietary needs, and allergies with professionalism.
- Suggest menu items and answer guest queries to enhance the overall experience.
- Collaborate with the F&B Supervisor and other team members to uphold service standards.
