About the role

The Cluster Income Audit Clerk ensures the accuracy and security of financial information across multiple hotel properties in Dubai. This full‑time position involves auditing revenue postings, handling cash, and maintaining confidential records in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash‑handling procedures.
• Organise, secure, and maintain files and records following retention and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies, including reporting incidents.
• Provide courteous guest service and maintain professional appearance.
• Communicate clearly, answer phones with proper etiquette, and support team goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
