CNG Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Technician Maintenance CNG will ensure reliable operation of ADNOC’s CNG and hydrogen refuelling facilities. You will perform preventive, predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance on a range of electromechanical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute corrective and emergency repairs on CNG compressors, electric motors, switchgear, MCC rooms, PLC & power panels, and trailer‑mounted gas systems.
• Inspect, monitor and follow‑up third‑party maintenance contractors to guarantee work meets HSE standards.
• Visit sites to assess complaints, carry out repairs, and produce written reports for the CNG Maintenance Supervisor.
• Review preventive maintenance reports, verify equipment condition, and recommend replacements.
• Purchase small urgent maintenance items using petty cash and record transactions.
• Process maintenance requests through the SAP system and conduct routine predictive tests.

Required profile

• Experience with electromechanical maintenance of CNG and hydrogen refuelling equipment.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and follow as‑built drawings.
• Strong attention to safety and HSE compliance.
• Proficiency in documenting work and preparing reports.
