Coffee Machine Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Technician to join our technical service team in Dubai. The role involves installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing commercial coffee machines, grinders and related beverage equipment for a variety of client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, test and calibrate commercial and automatic coffee machines.
• Service and repair professional coffee grinders and associated beverage equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and control‑system faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including emergency breakdown repairs.
• Calibrate brewing pressure, water temperature, dosing, grinding and extraction parameters.
• Conduct equipment inspections, recommend repairs or component replacements, and maintain accurate service records.
• Visit customer locations such as cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices, providing technical advice and support.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on technical issues, spare parts and warranties.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with commercial coffee machines and grinders.
• Strong knowledge of espresso and bean‑to‑cup systems.
• Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals and equipment specifications.
• Professional communication skills and good command of English.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai and the Emirates.
