Commercial Arbitration Lawyer (3-6 PQE) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Arbitration Lawyer with 3‑6 years of post‑qualification experience to join our expanding disputes practice in Dubai. The successful candidate will work on high‑value, cross‑border arbitration matters for multinational corporations, financial institutions, sovereign entities and private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international and domestic arbitrations under major institutional rules such as ICC, DIAC, LCIA, SIAC and ad‑hoc proceedings.
• Advise clients on complex commercial disputes across sectors including energy, technology, financial services, manufacturing and joint ventures.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, submissions and hearing bundles.
• Collaborate with clients, experts and counsel throughout all arbitration stages.
• Assist with mediation, settlement negotiations and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Support business development initiatives and nurture client relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of PQE in commercial arbitration at a leading international or reputable regional law firm.
• Strong track record handling international arbitration matters and cross‑border disputes.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and case‑management abilities.
• Admission to practice in a common‑law jurisdiction (e.g., England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore).
• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively within an international team.
