Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes that meet FIVE’s high culinary standards.
• Assist senior chefs with hand‑crafted creations and daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain proper mise en place, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Contribute to menu development with innovative flavours and presentations.
• Ensure safe use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to HACCP, health‑and‑safety, and food‑hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Commis 3 or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Pre‑opening experience in fast‑paced kitchen operations is advantageous.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude, passion for culinary arts, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
