Complex Revenue Executive – Hotel Cluster

About the role

The Complex Revenue Executive will support the revenue management team across a cluster of luxury hotels in Dubai, ensuring optimal room inventory and revenue performance. This role combines analytical reporting, system maintenance, and collaboration with sales and operations to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing room inventory and authorizations to maximize cluster revenue.
• Prepare competitive analyses and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Maintain and update rates, restrictions, and revenue management reports in the reservation system.
• Perform month‑end reporting, auditing, and forecasting to identify target areas.
• Input rate hurdles, monitor demand forecasts, and run daily system checks.
• Support training of new associates on revenue management tools.
• Implement hotel sales strategies within reservation and inventory systems.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and provide professional guest interactions.

Required profile

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in revenue management or hospitality operations.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and verify information, lift up to 15 lb, and stand or walk for extended periods.
