Full-time Cook – Ajman

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join Puzzle restaurant in Ajman. The position is full-time, on-site, and involves preparing a variety of dishes in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare burgers, cutlets and other main dishes according to recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as stove, grill, deep fryer and refrigerator.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout the shift.
• Control food quality, ensuring consistency in taste, appearance and temperature.
• Assist customers in Arabic when required.

Required profile

• Under 30 years of age.
• Minimum two years of experience in a restaurant, café or fast‑food kitchen.
• Fluent Arabic for customer assistance.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts.

Required skills

• Kitchen experience (at least 2 years).
• Cooking burgers, cutlets and main dishes.
• Sanitation and hygiene compliance.
• Operation of stove, grill, deep fryer and refrigerator.
• Food quality control (taste, consistency, appearance).
• Knowledge of cooking technology (temperature, timing, sequencing).
• Arabic language proficiency.
