About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our upscale breakfast restaurant in Dubai. The role combines operational oversight with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and operational protocols are consistently met.
• Lead, train and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of professional development and teamwork.
• Develop and implement operational policies that enhance guest satisfaction, using feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, conduct regular stock audits and control food costs to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Analyse sales and financial reports to identify trends and implement strategies that increase revenue.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback, resolve complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards and presentation.
