About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Director/MLRO to join a leading digital asset custodian in Abu Dhabi's ADGM. You will be responsible for overseeing the AML framework and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Implement and maintain the AML framework.
Advise on CTF, sanctions, fraud and ABC issues.
Act as the Data Protection Officer.
Analyse conflicts, develop policies and assess commercial impact of new regulations.
Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns.

Required profile

Minimum 7 years’ financial crime experience within the UAE.
Experience or strong interest in the digital asset sector.

Salary: AED 70,000 per month.
