Computer Science & IT Internship

About the role

Gadget Express is offering an internship in Computer Science and IT for undergraduate students. The internship provides exposure to a shared services environment and opportunities to network with senior management. You will also have the chance to identify and implement improvement opportunities within your team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business functions in the areas of either Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT Service Desk.
• Learn and practice basic day‑to‑day work or projects in a shared services environment.
• Engage in networking with colleagues from other business functions and senior management on best work practices.
• Discover within own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other relevant support activities as and when required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate students from reputable universities in relevant field of study.
• Available for a minimum period of 3 months, preferably 6 months or more.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

The internship is based onsite in Dubai, providing a practical environment for hands‑on learning.
