Concierge – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge will deliver exceptional, personalized guest services within Salayel Hospitality’s luxury environment in Abu Dhabi. Acting as the primary point of contact for VVIP and high‑profile guests, you will ensure seamless experiences from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, airport transfers, limousine bookings and private transport.
• Coordinate appointments, wellness activities, and external services as requested.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions, restaurants and events.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and complaints discreetly while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Security teams.
• Manage courier services, parcel handling and guest deliveries.
• Assist with VIP room preparations and special occasion arrangements.
• Record guest preferences and follow‑up on services.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies and service protocols.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Concierge or in Guest Relations within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to serve VIP or high‑profile guests.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s attractions, lifestyle services and cultural sensitivities.
• Professional appearance, grooming standards and high level of discretion.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hotel Property Management System (PMS) platforms.
