Construction Foreman – Abu Dhabi

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily activities on its Abu Dhabi sites. The role involves supervising the workforce, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and manage on‑site labour.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to align work with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor compliance with UAE construction safety regulations and conduct regular toolbox talks.
• Allocate tasks, track productivity, and optimise labour utilisation.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment for proper use and condition.
• Report progress, delays, and any site issues to senior management.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure workmanship meets project requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman or Construction Site Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience in the UAE construction sector is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Familiarity with UAE construction safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
