Construction Superintendent – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Penspen is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site operations for a major PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities and coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project schedules, and budget constraints.
• Direct day‑to‑day site operations, manage subcontractors, and monitor progress against the master schedule.
• Review structural, piping, and electrical plans to verify adherence to specifications.
• Report progress, issues, and corrective actions to senior management.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical or Civil.
• Minimum 17 years of industry experience, with at least 10 years on mega oil‑and‑gas processing projects.
• Proven experience in a similar construction superintendent role within the oil & gas sector.
• Prior experience with ADNOC projects is an advantage.
