Consultant Emergency Medicine – American Board / UK CCT - Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The role involves delivering consultant‑level care to adult and pediatric patients in a high‑volume emergency department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment, diagnosis, stabilization and treatment of acute and life‑threatening conditions.
• Perform and supervise emergency procedures such as advanced airway management, CPR, procedural sedation, central/arterial line placement, chest tube insertion, point‑of‑care ultrasound, wound management and fracture/dislocation management.
• Lead resuscitation and trauma teams, coordinate care with specialists, and ensure proper documentation and handover.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, research and continuing medical education.

Required profile

• MBBS, MD, MBChB or equivalent medical degree with American Board Certification or UK CCT in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid UAE professional license or eligibility for licensing in Dubai.
• Consultant‑level experience in a high‑volume emergency department or tertiary‑care hospital.
• Demonstrated leadership, excellent clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
