Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician – Dubai (Tax‑Free)

About the role

A leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai is expanding its emergency and acute care services. The Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician will work in a modern, fully equipped emergency department delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care to a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Rapid assessment, diagnosis and management of acute medical, surgical and traumatic presentations.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure safe, efficient emergency department operations.
• Collaborate with ICU, trauma, radiology and laboratory services for comprehensive patient care.
• Lead quality‑improvement initiatives, clinical audits and adherence to patient safety guidelines.
• Participate in emergency preparedness programs and training of junior staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑specialist or board certification experience in Emergency Medicine.
• Recognised specialist qualification (e.g., American Board of Emergency Medicine, UK CCT/FRCEM, European Board, Royal College Canada, Australian FACEM, Arab Board, FCPS, etc.).
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOH licensing in the UAE (support provided).
• Strong clinical decision‑making and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
