Consultant Family Medicine – Western Board Certified

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant in Family Medicine to join a leading private healthcare group in the UAE. The role involves delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based primary care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management and continuity of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary and family medical care, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct thorough consultations, physical examinations and order appropriate investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans following clinical guidelines.
• Offer preventive services, health screenings, vaccinations and lifestyle counselling.
• Perform minor procedures within the scope of family medicine.
• Refer patients to specialists when needed and ensure coordinated follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Western Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Relevant clinical experience in a reputable hospital or medical centre.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
