Consultant Hematologist – Leading Healthcare Group

About the role

A leading healthcare group operating in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain is seeking an experienced Consultant Hematologist to join its specialist medical team. The role involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients with a wide spectrum of hematological disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultant‑level assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up for benign and malignant blood disorders.
• Interpret laboratory, hematological and imaging investigations to guide patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and counsel patients and families.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, laboratory specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance, quality improvement and teaching activities.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate qualification in Hematology or equivalent specialty.
• Consultant‑level clinical experience managing a broad range of hematological conditions, both benign and malignant.
• Western qualifications or internationally recognised board certification preferred.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic and communication abilities and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
