Consultant Neurologist (American CCT or German Board)

About the role

Leading government hospital in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Neurologist qualified by American, CCT or German Board to deliver high‑quality neurological care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders.
• Interpret EEG, EMG/NCS and other neurodiagnostic investigations.
• Provide patient‑centered care following international best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a state‑of‑the‑art neurology department.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with Western board certification in Neurology (American Board, UK CCT, German Board, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years post‑board experience as a Consultant Neurologist.
• Eligibility for DHA, DOH or MOH Consultant licence.
• Experience in stroke medicine, epilepsy, movement disorders, neurophysiology or neuromuscular disorders is desirable.
• Previous work in a JCI‑accredited or comparable international facility preferred.

Required skills

• Interpretation of EEG, EMG/NCS and other neurodiagnostic tests.
