About the role

AbbVie’s Tumoohy Talent is a two‑year, fixed‑term graduate program in Dubai designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career in the pharmaceutical and aesthetics business. Participants start with a 2‑month shadow and capstone project, then rotate across key commercial or support functions to build a solid foundation for future leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a shadowing period and a business project to gain early exposure to AbbVie’s culture and operations.
• Rotate through two business areas (e.g., Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access, or Human Resources and Finance & Supply) and contribute to real‑world projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as medical, regulatory and finance to deliver initiatives that improve patient and customer outcomes.
• Analyse market data, propose solutions, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Participate in mentorship, formal training workshops and networking events to accelerate professional development.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a passion for healthcare or life sciences.
• Curiosity, adaptability, growth mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership potential.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of the healthcare and aesthetics sectors.
• Analytical and strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Foundational commercial acumen.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
