Consultant – Obstetrics & Gynecology (MIGS)

About the role

Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children is seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynecology with subspecialty expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s health services, managing complex benign gynecological conditions, and leading advanced minimally invasive surgical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultant‑level care in obstetrics and gynecology across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings.
• Diagnose and manage complex gynecological disorders such as endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis, pelvic pain, and ovarian cysts using evidence‑based practices.
• Perform advanced minimally invasive procedures, including laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and robotic‑assisted surgeries.
• Deliver high‑quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for the management of high‑risk pregnancies and related neonatal care.

Required profile

• Board‑certified obstetrics and gynecology specialist with substantial experience in complex benign gynecological conditions.
• Demonstrated expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Commitment to delivering patient‑centered, evidence‑based care.
