About the role

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is looking for a Consultant Pediatric Dentist to provide specialised dental care for children in private clinics and hospitals across the UK (CCT). The role involves delivering comprehensive examinations, treatments and preventive education while ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental examinations and screenings for infants, children and adolescents.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Perform preventive and restorative procedures such as fillings, sealants and extractions.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive strategies.
• Apply behavior‑management techniques to reduce dental anxiety.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary dental and healthcare teams.
• Stay updated on advances and best practices in paediatric dentistry.

Required profile

• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Experience in paediatric dental care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with children and families.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
