Consultant PM&R Specialist – Tax‑Free Role in Dubai

About the role

We are partnering with a leading JCI‑accredited, multispecialty healthcare group in Dubai to recruit a Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Specialist. The successful candidate will lead advanced rehabilitation and pain‑management programs for a diverse international patient base, working within a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, neurological and functional impairments.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, chronic pain and sports injuries.
• Perform interventional procedures such as joint injections, nerve blocks and ultrasound‑guided treatments.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and pain specialists.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust programs and document outcomes in line with DHA and international standards.
• Lead post‑operative rehabilitation in coordination with orthopedic and neurosurgical teams.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality‑improvement initiatives and continuous medical education.

Required profile

• Board‑certified PM&R specialist (ABPMR, UK CCT/GMC, European Board, Canadian/Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, FCPS or MD PM&R).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑board clinical experience.
• Eligibility for DHA licensure or an active DHA license.
• Strong record of multidisciplinary collaboration and patient‑centred care.
