Consultant Restorative Dentist – UAE

About the role

A leading private hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Consultant Restorative Dentist. The role involves managing complex restorative and rehabilitative dental cases, delivering high-quality aesthetic and functional treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary dental team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and develop treatment plans for complex restorative cases.
• Perform direct and indirect restorative procedures, including complex composite, crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays and onlays.
• Manage comprehensive oral rehabilitation in coordination with prosthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, orthodontists and oral surgeons.
• Utilise diagnostic imaging and clinical assessment to create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety and clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching and continuing professional development.

Required profile

• Dental degree (BDS/DDS/DMD) with a recognised Western postgraduate qualification in Restorative Dentistry.
• Consultant-level experience in restorative dentistry, preferably in a private, tertiary or multidisciplinary hospital setting.
• Strong clinical judgement, treatment-planning skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
