Consultant Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician

About the role

Health7Careers is seeking a qualified Consultant/Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join a leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s reproductive health services, from prenatal care to advanced gynecologic procedures, within a modern, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑cycle obstetric care, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal management.
• Conduct routine prenatal examinations, fetal monitoring and risk assessments.
• Manage normal and high‑risk pregnancies, performing vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections as needed.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as hormonal disorders, menstrual abnormalities and infections.
• Perform minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries.
• Deliver preventive services, including cervical cancer screening and family planning counseling.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Minimum 3 years post‑specialist experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience handling both low‑risk and high‑risk pregnancies.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
