Content Creator – Luxury Real Estate Marketing

About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Content Creator to join its marketing team. You will work closely with Marketing and Community Management to produce visual and digital content that enhances the brand and supports property launches, campaigns, and events across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality graphics, images, and videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Generate AI‑based visual concepts and assets for real‑estate projects and marketing campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, business cards, presentations, digital ads, and event materials.
• Adapt creative assets to meet the specific format and dimension requirements of each platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Community Management to brainstorm content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain organized file structures and deliver final assets on schedule.

Required profile

• Previous professional content creation experience, preferably in real‑estate marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital content, graphic design, and marketing materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand guidelines.
