Contract Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead end‑to‑end administration of EPC contracts for offshore detailed engineering projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures contractual, commercial and risk obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle, from award through execution to close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visible HSSE leadership and embed safety obligations within the EPC contract.
• Review and establish the EPC contract baseline, including commercial, scope, schedule and risk assumptions.
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts while protecting the company’s commercial interests.
• Manage risks and ensure contractual compliance during engineering execution.
• Act as the bridge between project teams, clients, subcontractors and legal/commercial departments.
• Maintain contract governance, change management procedures and effective contract controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EPC contract management for offshore engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of HSSE requirements and ability to champion safety culture.
• Ability to interpret and administer complex contractual, commercial and legal terms.
