Contracting Specialist – Hotel & Tourism Supplier Management

About the role

The Contracting Specialist will manage hotel and tourism supplier contracts for ANEX TOURISM WORLDWIDE FZCO in Dubai. You will secure competitive rates, negotiate commercial terms and ensure accurate documentation across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts with hotels and tourism suppliers throughout the UAE.
• Obtain competitive rates, special offers, promotions and value‑added benefits.
• Negotiate and monitor contract terms, cancellation policies, payment conditions and allotments.
• Identify and develop relationships with new hotels and potential suppliers.
• Monitor market rates and competitor offers to keep products competitive.
• Review contracts to ensure all agreed commercial terms are correctly recorded.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Operations and Finance on contractual matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of contracting experience in a DMC, tour operator or travel company.
• Strong background in hotel contracting and supplier management within the UAE.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work during peak seasons as required.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables and Filtering).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
