Guest Relations Officer

About the role

Aliving Holiday Homes, part of Allegiance Real Estate, is seeking a polished, service‑oriented Guest Relations Officer to join its growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience from pre‑arrival through check‑out, handling enquiries and coordinating requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during and after their stay.
• Handle enquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs and special guest arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about properties, facilities, services and local recommendations.
• Work with housekeeping, maintenance and operations to resolve guest requests efficiently.
• Address complaints professionally and pursue effective resolutions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, hotel operations or holiday homes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional, well‑presented demeanor with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional when handling complaints or urgent requests.
• Strong organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to operational requirements.
