Corporate Associate – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Associate to join the Dubai office of a leading international law firm. The role involves working on a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions across the Middle East, supporting multinational clients and high‑growth businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
• Draft and negotiate agreements for cross‑border and domestic transactions.
• Provide general corporate advisory services to sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and other corporate clients.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop transaction strategies and manage client relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years post‑qualification experience at a recognised UK, US or international law firm.
• Strong background in M&A and general corporate matters.
• Excellent drafting abilities and client‑management skills.
• Motivation to work on high‑quality international transactions within a collaborative team.
