Corporate Sales Manager – Dubai Marina

About the role

The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead its corporate market efforts. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, building long‑term client relationships, and supporting the hotel’s overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the property’s corporate sales segment and develop a proactive solicitation program.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute a sales plan aligned with revenue targets.
• Analyse market data using sales systems and adjust strategies to meet room and catering goals.
• Oversee forecasting in partnership with the Revenue Department to ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and update annual Sales & Marketing plans, quarterly reviews, and the annual budget.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client’s event lifecycle.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, attending trade shows and sales missions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel corporate sales.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow corporate accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using sales and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Experience with hotel sales systems and revenue management tools.
