Cost Controller / Business Analyst – Six Senses The Palm Dubai

About the role

Join Six Senses The Palm Dubai as a Cost Controller / Business Analyst and support the finance function of a world‑class resort. You will work closely with Operations and F&B teams to monitor costs, prepare financial reports and develop budgeting skills under the guidance of senior finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring operating costs, payroll and departmental expenses against budgets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports and perform basic variance analysis.
• Collect, validate and organise financial and operational data from PeopleSoft, POS, PMS, Excel and BI tools.
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises under supervision.
• Assist with internal controls, audits and compliance with finance policies.
• Work with Operations and F&B teams to understand cost drivers and operational KPIs.
• Supervise receiving, storing and issuing procedures, ensuring proper inventory rotation.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and journals.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of relevant finance or controlling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Professional demeanor with commitment to Six Senses values and brand standards.
