Creative & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

A client of the recruiter is looking for an experienced Creative & Marketing Coordinator in Dubai to manage graphic design, creative content and marketing within the luxury furniture and interiors industry. The role covers visual content, brand identity, advertising campaigns, external agencies and marketing materials for digital, print and trade show use. Advanced use of AI-powered creative tools is required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run graphic designs and creative content for digital, print, social media and advertising campaigns, keeping brand identity consistent.
• Use AI tools for concepts, image generation, layouts, copywriting, video production and visual content.
• Design brochures, catalogues, product presentations and promotional materials.
• Coordinate advertising and media agencies, preparing briefs, reviewing deliverables, managing approvals, budgets and deadlines.
• Manage exhibition and trade show graphics, print production and supplier coordination.
• Plan, publish and monitor social media content and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate digital, print and social media advertising and develop campaigns for product launches, new collections and brand positioning.
• Work with printers, suppliers and internal teams, and monitor campaign performance.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of regional experience.
• Strong graphic design background in high-end furniture, luxury interiors or interior fit-out.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Mandatory portfolio showing graphic design, luxury-sector work and AI-assisted content.

Required skills

• Advanced hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools for image generation, design, layouts, copywriting and video.
• Proficiency in professional graphic design software and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with creative briefs, advertising agencies, suppliers, brochures, catalogues, exhibitions and print production.
• Advantages: 3D modelling, rendering, motion graphics, photography art direction, paid social campaigns.
