About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Credit & Collection & Customer Relations Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, maintain accurate records, and deliver professional customer service. The role operates in a fast‑paced environment and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Conduct professional collection calls, communicating payment terms, approved channels, and applicable penalties.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer statements of account.
• Monitor payment status and proactively pursue collection targets.
• Escalate long‑outstanding or problematic accounts to management.
• Maintain proper records of all collection activities.
