About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai, supporting clients in the aluminium and façade industry. The role focuses on handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow‑ups in a professional manner.
Coordinate with Project, Sales, Production, and Site teams to meet customer requirements.
Provide regular updates to clients on project or work status.
Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and follow‑ups.
Ensure timely resolution of concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Previous experience in the aluminium, glass & façade industry in the UAE (preferred).
Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
Strong coordination and follow‑up skills.
Professional, organized, and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office.

What we offer

Competitive salary ranging from AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month.
