Customer Intelligence Manager

About the role

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Customer Intelligence Manager to lead consumer, market and customer insight initiatives that drive strategic and commercial decisions across its luxury retail business. Reporting to the Senior Data & Analytics Manager, you will integrate primary research, industry intelligence and internal data to deliver actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, commission and manage quantitative and qualitative research studies from brief to reporting, supporting market entry, brand positioning and customer experience projects.
• Analyse internal loyalty, transactional and customer data to maintain an integrated view of customer behaviour, delivering regular insight products such as sentiment tracking and market monitors.
• Identify emerging consumer and market trends across the region, assess their business impact and size market opportunities using internal and external data.
• Manage relationships with research agencies, insight providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and budget adherence.
• Coach analysts and cross‑functional teams, fostering research literacy and embedding insight into planning cycles.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in consumer insights, market research or customer analytics within retail, luxury or consumer‑facing industries.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Proven ability to translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior audiences.

Required skills

• Quantitative and qualitative research design and management.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Databricks, Redshift or BigQuery.
• SQL knowledge (advantageous).
