Digital Content & Creative Media Manager

About the role

The Communications and Media Department at Zayed University is looking for a Digital Content and Creative Media Manager to lead the design, production and governance of visual and multimedia assets, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement across all university initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the annual Creative Services and Events strategy, aligning resources, budgets and creative capabilities with the university’s strategic priorities.
• Lead the planning, creative development and delivery of institutional events, campaigns and experiential activations, overseeing visual identity, stage design, signage and digital content.
• Manage the end‑to‑end production of graphics, videos, photography and digital assets while ensuring compliance with copyright, accessibility and institutional guidelines.
• Oversee the internal content library and creative asset repository to guarantee accessibility and proper usage.
• Consolidate budget inputs, monitor financial performance and take corrective actions to stay within approved plans.
• Provide people‑management leadership, set performance objectives, conduct reviews and support succession planning for the section’s staff.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial role, or PhD with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Relevant professional certification is preferred.
