About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor in Dubai, supporting high‑net‑worth clients for luxury and premium brands. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized, multi‑channel assistance in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and social media.
• Provide tailored product information and after‑sales support for luxury items.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products, services and brand heritage.
• Achieve sales and CRM targets while fostering long‑term relationships.
• Assist with e‑commerce enquiries across regional sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
