Customer Service Agent – UAE National

About the role

The Airport Information Desk is the first point of contact for passengers arriving at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. As a Customer Service Agent you will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience by providing accurate information, managing queues and assisting special‑needs travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers, guide them to the appropriate areas and answer queries in person and over the phone.
• Maintain and update the Information Centre and Flight Information Display System (FIDS) to reflect schedule changes.
• Coordinate with police, immigration, customs and other agencies to ensure seamless passenger processing.
• Regulate queues at check‑in, immigration and customs, and manage trolley allocation.
• Handle VIP, CIP, wheelchair‑bound, elderly and other special‑needs passengers, ensuring appropriate assistance.
• Prepare arrival hall, monitor lost‑and‑found and mishandled baggage reports.
• Record passenger feedback, report incidents to the Safety Department and support safety audits.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high level of professionalism and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
